Campus Assembly (CA) is the apex body of Jana Bhawana Campus which monitors and functionalists all the mechanisms of the campus through participatory governance forming required organizational structures. It acts as the legislative body making all plans, policies and strategies of the institution.

The CA is comprised of academicians, educationists, social workers, founders of the campus, ex-students, representatives of local government, members of provincial and federal parliaments, professionals and other stakeholders. It forms Campus Management Committee (CMC), prepares plans and policies and approves budget, annual plans and programs prepared by CMC.
