The Department of Social Sciences offers courses of Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology and Mass Communication at bachelor level. It focuses on the dialectic between the theoretical and the practical knowledge in the offered courses. The students are given practical trainings in potential and relevant workplaces. Further, educational courses offered are multicultural courses that ensure multicultural understanding, and guidance and counseling.
